*Just Lovely

We think Zaria is Lovely.

I post all these cute pictures but they don't quite show just how lovely she is.

She smiles all the time. Even when I wake her in the middle of the night for a feed. I just rub her tummy gently and she slowely wakes up, looks up at me and smiles.

In the mornings when I wake up, I turn towards her cot and she is just laying there quietly looking at me. When she sees me looking back at her she gives me a huge smile and waves her arms in the air.

This is my view every morning... what a lovely thing to see when I open my eyes every day! I think when she moves into her own room in October I will really miss her.

Today Zaria had her first shower!

She usually has a bath and she loves them, but she is getting big and I don't know how long she will fit in her bathtub.

(sometimes I just doish her up and down in a bucket, hehehee)

I think she really enjoyed her shower. The water was just splashing down on her face but she didn't seem bothered about it in her eyes. Daddy loved it too.

*A Big Girl now

Today Zaria moved into the big girls bed!

Well, into her Cot, but to her it's a big bed as she has always been in a bassinet. When her elbows touched the sides we decided maybe it was time to give her some room to move. She has always been swaddled up untill now so it wasn't a big problem but she has to learn to sleep unwrapped.

So today we dismantled the cot from her room and put it back together in ours. She has to share our bedroom for a couple more months until it gets warmer so we only have to heat one room.

She was awake for hours!!

Sucking her fists... kicking her legs and looking at her mobile, which was previously over her change table, and will be going back there as it is far too distracting for her over her bed!!
